Voting Rules
Draft last updated September 2026
1. Voting periods
Public voting is only available while a voting period is open, as shown on the Vote page. Votes cannot be cast before a voting period opens or after it closes.
2. Free voting (current method)
Voting is currently free of charge. If paid voting is introduced in a future season, this page will be updated with the provider, pricing, refund policy and any additional rules before paid voting is enabled, and this will not happen retroactively.
3. Vote limits and verification
Each voting period defines a maximum number of votes per voter, shown on the Vote page. Votes are validated on our servers and may require email verification. Vote counts submitted from a browser or device are never trusted directly; every vote is independently verified server-side.
4. Prohibited conduct
Attempting to cast duplicate votes, use automated tools, bypass verification, or otherwise manipulate voting is prohibited and may result in votes being disqualified and access being restricted.
5. Vote records and audit
Votes are recorded with limited technical metadata for audit and abuse-prevention purposes only, as described in the Privacy Policy. Vote totals may be reviewed by administrators and, where required, exported for audit.
6. Publishing results
Whether live vote counts or final results are published publicly is at the organisation's discretion and will be indicated on the Vote page for each voting period.
