These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Miss Swimwear South Africa (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/741692/07 ("the organisation", "we", "us"). By using this website, creating an account, submitting an application, or casting a vote, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Competition Rules, Contestant Terms and Voting Rules.

Use of contestant registration and account features is limited to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements published on the Competition page and confirm this at the time of application.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to manipulate voting, submit false information, access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with the operation of the site.

The Miss Swimwear South Africa name, logo and brand assets are the property of the organisation. Contestant-submitted content remains subject to the consents granted during application.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, finalist status, or any prize. Prizes and opportunities described on this site are subject to confirmation as stated on the Competition page.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the organisation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. This section is subject to legal review.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. This section, and the appropriate forum for resolving any dispute, is subject to legal review before launch.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date on this page.
